Attendees: This Multi-Specialty program is recommended for doctors in the medical fields of Plastic Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Ocular Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery. Registration fee: $595. Nurses or non-medical staff may attend – registration fee: $325.
Residents and Fellows: Registration fees have been reduced for Medical Fellows and Residents. Application for attendance must be accompanied with a letter from the Medical School Department Head to receive this discounted rate. Registration fee: $325.

Cancellation Policy: Written cancellations must be received at the TPI office no later than 30 days prior to the event. Written cancellations must be received by December 24th, 2016. A handling fee of $75.00 will be applied to any cancellations. Monetary refunds will NOT be given after December 22, 2016.
